BONUS RUCKUS: “Nick’s Choice!” Challenge – Look, it’s wednesday at 11pm and we won’t know what Nick wants to do for a bonus ruckus until Monday, Be. Ready. Alex has a work engagement until the second half of the show, so… you know. What’s the point in trying to guess at what Nick will want to do if Alex isn’t there to advocate on the side of “well… you know… people might like to prepare themselves or think about whether or not they’d enjoy participating in the dumb poetic challenge we’re throwing at them that night?” Nick crackles back with an emphatic “nah, they’ll play what game I remember to bring, or make up on the spot!” So there it is, it might be a writing challenge, it might be a guessing game, it might be neither! Nick might communicate this via social media in the days leading up to. He might not? It’s a menagerie of mystery! (Note from Alex, I won’t be there to plug the mic in, so I don’t have a say, just saying). There will be music! There will be open mic slots! There might? be a guest co-host? There might be snacks from Dan? There might be visual arts? There might be an exhausted co-curator dashing in for the second half of the show, ready to party! We love you!
