BONUS RUCKUS: IRON POET QUALIFIER – “chefSUGAR CANDY vs. CAPAGROSSI” proper match up, as two of our favorite Gerunders, RAINY MAPLE SUGAR CANDY and SAM CAPAGROSSI vie for the right to challenge new champion ROBERT BLACKWELL GIBBS in his first defence since taking back the title. Three rounds, three poetic concoctions, 2 competitors, 3 judges, 3 criteria for points, tons of points and of course one diabolical secret ingredient from chairman YOSH SHARTIN. ****BONUS RUCKUS SPECIAL NOTICE:*** December 2nd, we are offering $50 top prize for a duet, group poem performance challenge. You must find a poetry partner, write an original piece and perform that together. We need 3 teams of two poets to contact us by Dec 15th in order for us to do this! Let’s do this!

brettkelleyVisual artist BRETT KELLY returns from Western Mass for this show! This Monday brings us a RICE CAKE ALERT! I repeat, if nobody steps to the plate and volunteers a snack as tribute for December 15th, that snack will be rice cakes! Recognize! MATT & THE BASTARDS are our house band and therefor contractually obligated to agree with us! MAKE SURE YOU SEE US SUNDAY AT the next 7 HILLS POETRY SLAM also featuring MIGHTY MIKE McGEE along with local favorite MUGGS FOGARTY.
